Notice – To Elizabeth Riggs, Levi Riggs and Sarah, his wife, Elias Wester and Kiziah, his wife, and Alexander Helton and Nancy, his wife – Take notice – that we shall apply at the term of the next Circuit Court for Grainger County, upon the fourth Monday of December, next, at the Courthouse in Rutledge, to said Court, to have division made of the lands of Henry Boatman, deceased, in Grainger County, among his heirs and to have dower assigned to the widow of said Boatman, when and where you can attend and oppose the same if you see proper.
