Mrs. Mary Watson, of Grainger County, Tenn. was burned to death Sunday April 1st. It is supposed she was endeavoring to light her pipe from the open fire place and losing her balance, buried her face in a bed of coals. When her husband entered the room, to his horror he found her dead.
