I certify that this is a true & correct statement of the no of children in the bounds of Capt Willis & Bledsoe’s Company being the third school district of Tennessee Militia Bounded as follows: beginning at the county line thencely Benjamin Dunkins then by William Corams thence with the big ridge between Blain’s & Roads and Richland Creek then with said Ridge to Wildcat Spring on Patterson’s Land then with the branch to Richland Creek then up said Creek to George Right’s on Rentfro’s land thence to Clinch Mt. then with Sd. Mt as far as William Mynatt’s then to the county line from thence with said line to the Beginning.
