Kent Branson, who lived near Puncheon Camp, Grainger County, committed suicide Saturday night December 31st, by hanging himself. His people and friends missed him early that night but did not find him until next morning. When found he was hanging to joist in the barn, dead. Branson is about thirty or thirty five years of age. The cause is unknown, but is supposed to be grief over the loss of his mother.
